October 3rd, 2014 - Petit Larceny Arrest On October 3rd, 2014 at 5:38 PM, Tompkins County Sheriffs Deputies responded to Target, located at 40 Catherwood Road in the Village of Lansing for a theft case. Upon arrival, Deputies spoke with Target Lost Prevention who advised that they had confronted a female walking out of the store with out paying for merchandise from the store. Lost Prevention was requesting that the female, Danielle T. Fendrich, age 19 of Scarsdale, NY be arrested and charged with Petit Larceny, a Class A Misdemeanor. Fendrich was arrested and released on an appearance ticket ordering her to reappear at the Town of Lansing Court on October 16th, 2014 at 7:00 PM.
