October 3rd-5th: CCA: 303 - Essential Oils for Emotional and Spiritual Clearing with Linda Smith, RN, MS, HNC, HTCP, CCA, HTSM-CP/I This three day advanced course continues the study from the 302 course of anatomy of body systems, including the musculoskeletal, circulatory, nervous, urinary, reproductive/ hormonal, and endocrine systems, and explores how essential oils can support these systems. We will examine how essential oils impact emotional and spiritual clearing and stimulate healing by elevating moods, aiding mental clarity, reducing anxiety and stress, and facilitating meditation and spiritual awareness. Participants will continue to develop their interviewing and assessment skills and learn heart-centered healing techniques with essential oils. They will also have an opportunity to present their research projects completed after the last course. Discussion of professional dimensions of an aromatherapy practice and certification requirements conclude this dynamic course which addresses body/mind/spirit applications.
