Here are some quick tips to get started: • Try adding in additional activity to your current daily patterns • Start your day with an energizing 10 minute walk or include in your lunch break • Hand-deliver messages at work • Using the stairs when possible and avoid the elevator • Go for the parking space in the back of the lot For optimal health, aim for 30 minutes of physical activity most days of the week.
