October is Spina Bifida awareness month and this is my Second for Spina Bifida: I was born and raised in Chattanooga TN..This November I will celebrate 42 years living with Spina Bifida.. Having had 15 major surgeries in my lifetime to correct problems related to SB and given almost no shot of ever walking without assistance, I am very active in my community and help with the Walter E. Boehm Birth Defects Center, Inc. events to help give back to children born with Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus. I am very active in my local music scene as a drummer and drum instructor for 2 local teaching facilities. I also play drums for my church. I enjoy a blessed life of riding Harleys, target shooting, fishing, swimming, boating, etc...
