Odds are the screams people said they heard were those of Alva - TopicsExpress

Odds are the screams people said they heard were those of Alva discovering her mothers body, such an event can cause a Schizophrenic type episode where starting with the thought of physically going to get help, one ends up driving around all over town randomly till one runs out of petrol then gets out and starts walking. With the mind in such a traumatic state, achieiving anything till the episode is over would be more than difficult. Solicitor Arthur Browne told Townsville Magistrates Court yesterday a lengthy adjournment was needed to let police finish compiling a brief of evidence against his client. “There are some outstanding amounts of forensic material to sift through,” he said. Magistrate Cathy Wadley adjourned Dodd’s charge of murder to April 27, without her appearance being required. Dodd is not able to apply for bail in the Magistrates Court; her lawyers must make an application in the Supreme Court given the serious charge. It will be very interesting to see how the forensic evidence turns out. It also looks like the police arrested the person they could most easily pin it to based on getting it done quick and getting the easiest conviction, that is after all how they get their promotions. Considering how many cars get stolen in Townsville after thieves break in to homes to take the keys, odds are this is what happened, and the old woman got killed when she startled an intruder. People are keeping their keys closer to their person when they sleep, and thieves are getting more brazen and going in to bedrooms to take keys from sleeping people. Will be very interesting to see how this case goes, odds are that at the very least something is from the puzzle. townsvillebulletin.au/townsville-woman-alva-dodd-remanded-in-custody-over-her-mothers-murder-while-tributes-flow-for-the-elderly-woman/story-fnjfzprw-1227175362830
