Ode to November Its that time of year again!The time of year where you feel like there is a little black rain cloud over your head, that time of year where getting out of bed is a chore, that time of year where you might feel hopeless and lost and all sorts of negative. That time of year when you feel so alone, and so desperate..you dont know how to reach out. That time of year where ending it all seems like the easiest thing to do. I dont care if we barely know each other, or we are good friends. If you are hurting or in trouble, I want you to know that you dont have to go through your hardships alone. This time of year is a reminder of the beautiful people I have known, loved, and lost. The beautiful friends who were silently struggling. Its a time of year where so many people are vulnerable and hurting. There is a struggle out there in all of us. There is also an incredible amount of love and support that you have no idea exists.. Unless you reach out and ask for it. Be kind to each other, be kind to yourselves. I love every single one of you.. All I want right now is to make it through the holidays knowing that all of you made it through them too. Remembering my friends who made permanent decisions. Wishing they could have known the amount of love they had surrounding them 💖
