Of a truth, in the public, we are what we do in our closet; when talking with our ungodly friends and colleagues; we lack the passion to fill Christ in our speech because, what we do in our closet is no different from what they do in their closet. Thus we are powerless because, we are still dead in sins. Their heart is in the perishable things of this world, and so is ours. They love the world, and the things that are in the world, and so we do. They rejoice in the lust of the flesh, they boast in the lust of the eyes, and pride of life; and so we that profess to be Christians shamefully do likewise. If we act like unbelievers, how can the love of the Father be in us? Dearly beloved, be not children in understanding: howbeith in malice be ye children, but in understanding be men (1 Corth 14 v20). If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God. Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth (Col 3 v1-2). But what are those things you may ask? You will see those things in the Scriptures..........just be diligent and search the Scriptures.
