Of all the relationships one can have, one of the most important ones is your relationship with time. When I first began to explore and understand the Biofield Anatomy, I was surprised to discover that our relationship with time resided in our crown chakra. It was my understanding, based on the esoteric literature I had read up to that point, that the crown chakra housed our connection to the divine. It wasnt until I came upon the following quote (on Forbes of all places) that I understood the connection : Faith is knowing you have enough time to do everything you have to get done. Here was faith and time in the same equation - and it suddenly dawned on me that you can only be in relationship with the divine, with nature, with all that is, if you in right relationship with time. You have to be here now. Most people, I have discovered through my work, have their mind in the future, in the past, or worrying that they dont have enough time, or trying to do too many things in too little time. This makes them off rhythm to the flow of nature, of life, taking place around them.The consequence of this is STRESS. Trust that you have enough time. Relax.
