Of course, I already knew about Acrylamide, so I dont fry or bake anything that has a high starch content if I can help it. But Kettle Chips....are so good and they are on the HEALTH FOOD aisle, so if I ever wanted chips, I opted for those. But no more. So think about it. Any food that is high in carbs that is cooked above 250 degrees produces Acrylamide. That means, any bread or baked goods, even gluten-free varieties, even supposedly healthy whole grains.....are full of cancer. Now, this would not apply if you make the bread yourself from almond or coconut flour, which are higher in protein and fat and lower in carbs. But any of the other flours such as wheat, corn, tapioca, rice, potato starch, any of that stuff......if baked or fried is full of Acrylamide. We really need to be on a grain-free diet. Paleo or Primal diet.
