Of course we all know that you can not possess a firearm or archery equipment when you are shining a spotlight from your vehicle in search of wildlife. But if you do decide to shine for deer, there are a couple things officers would like for you to remember. Please respect landowners privacy and dont shine into homes, barns, sheds, or any other structures. And if you suddenly see a COs red and blue flashing lights in your rear view mirror, be prepared to answer a few questions and above all be honest!
