Requisitos: - Education and experience: The ideal candidate has a BSc or MSc degree in Food Technology or Chemical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years experience as a technologist in a production environment, preferably in the food industry. He or she has experience in leading teams and changes in a production environment. Knowledge and experience in the field of industrial processing of oils and fats is preferred. A must for this position is a good knowledge of laws and regulations on safety, environment and health in a food environment. - Competencies: You are a self-starter with a high degree of responsibility who likes to make a difference. You have good organizational and planning skills and you can take into account the interests of the various departments. Good communication and persuasion skills to ‘move’ people and getting things done. This is important, since the position does not have direct reports. Furthermore it’s essential to have an assertive, results-oriented, collegial and analytical way of working. A professional command of the English language is a must.
