Oferta nr 79p/2013 Citi Service Center (CSC) is an initiative to establish a network of service centers providing high quality services to other entities operating within the Group of Citi. Citi Service Center Poland was founded in 2005, and it currently employs almost 2000 highly qualified staff in three locations: Warsaw, Olsztyn and Lodz. CSC cooperates with other Citi entities from all over the world. Currently we provide services to over 60 countries in Europe, Asia, Africa, both Americas and Australia. Currently in SFS we are looking for: International Fund Specialist Warsaw/Edinburgh/Luxembourg/Dublin Exceptional and experienced candidate will be hired to join a group of fund accountants in a regional end-to-end fund support team. The team is being created to provide international support for all Citi clients and teams across EMEAurope. The manager of this team will be responsible for the verification of Net Asset Valuations and its upstream components. Among his/her responsibilities will also be planning and overseeing process implementation. He/she will be located in Warsaw, but many opportunities to travel to different locations like Edinburgh, Luxembourg and Dublin will be expected. Key Responsibilities: • Performing fund injections, parallel runs and client implementation (traveling to international locations required). • Supporting key fund areas during critical implementation phases. • Evaluating new processes in terms of Global Fund Operating Model. • Valuation and Verification of all Net Assets Valuation components. • Preparing reports to the client or the regulator. • Reviewing end-to-end fund process. • Resolving complex calculation issues. • Ensuring process completeness. • Cooperating with various teams and locations. • Preparing operational procedures. • Delivering process improvements. • Opinion making on operational risk for new implementation projects. • Preparation and updating of operational and control procedures as well as ensuring their execution. • Tight cooperation with other teams involved in the processes. Knowledge/Experience: • Experience within the funds industry or in accounting/capital markets. Ability to prepare and analyze statements and statistics. • Knowledge about various capital market instruments. • Willingness to travel regarding work travels at level of 50 % of the year. • Attention to details. • Basic accounting skills. • Ability to prepare and analysis statements and statistics. • Ability to work in a dynamic environment under time pressure. • English advanced spoken and written. • Good, practical knowledge of MS Office.
