Off to church this morning!? Potentially bumping into the Goetzes in the hallway...what to say that isnt awkward & puts your sorrow cloud on to theirs?! Some tips! ~ high-fives (ala Tarzan.. maybe dont look as intense though) ~ praying for you! ~ fist bumps with a good morning hello ~ a wave across the hall, if you are younger than Taylor Swift then you can pull off her signature heart-hand. :) ~ not the how are you...no really I mean how ARRRRE you with sympathetic sad eyes. :( this makes them more worried about YOU and adds to their already full emotional plate. Sundays are a time for them to have a normal family experience with the girls...its not the time to hijack them into emotional convos or tarry them from parenting. Lets lighten THEIR load by not adding our expectations for intimate conversation - the church hallway with tiny skipping daughters should TRULY be a happy and safe place emotionally for their family! Thank you for helping make it so!
