Offered for sale to ONLY the best of homes. Anastasia is a 3yr old grey SB mare by Charles Bronson. Standing approx 15 to 15.1hh and still has a little growing/filling out to do. Ive made the decision after spending some time with her, that Ana will come on very nicely in the right hands, and Id much rather let that person bring her on as I feel she will benefit more as a one person horse, rather than being ready made. She is the type that needs to bond with the person she gives her best to. Nature wise you cannot beat this girl.. if anything she is a little shy. So will be needing a KIND home. A home thats not going to rush and allow her to mature and develop correctly. She loves attention, no kick, bite etc, will let me rug and unrug her in the paddock, groom her from head to toe, pick out her feet while just standing there. She is a lovely type with a beautiful trot. She canters rather well in the paddock considering shes only 2 weeks out of hobbles, and again.. with the right owner.. that will come along VERY nicely under saddle with suppleness and balance. She carries herself beautifully when moving around the paddock. Conformation wise shes good, but no horse is perfect. At the stables she had been shod to prevent knee knocking.. within 24hours of having her home.. I had my qualified farrier pull the plates off and correct the angles of her feet. She nows stands nicely and straight but can be a bit slack/lazy in front when shes not asked to think about it. THIS IS PURELY COSMETIC and does not effect her soundness/movement. But Im a showie and like more horses to stand well. This will get better over time, as the ligaments etc in her legs all adjust to the now correct angles she has. Her feet are in great condition. I see her being somebodies best friend and the apple of their eye. She will excel in any discipline I believe. It doesnt have to be showing. I will leave backing her up to the new home, unless they would like some help with it, which is fine.. but I firmly believe that her new (mum/dad) needs to be a part of the process as she is just one of those soft souls who needs the time and patience of a good human that she can rely on. Had she been a more boisterous personality, I would have kept her on, backed, started and schooled her myself and sold her at a price accordingly. But this isnt about profit and is about what I think best suits her. Homes will be well vetted and she will NOT be sold sight unseen unless you have several impeccable references. Shes one of the sweetest wee horses Ive met and amazing things will happen when the right person loves her for it. Please, genuine enquires only. Open to REALISTIC offers. Price negotiable.. Home is not!! PM me.
