Office Administrator / Accounts The NSW Rural Doctors Network (RDN) is a non government, not for profit organisation that develops and administers programs and services to attract, recruit and retain GPs, nurses and allied health professionals in regional, rural and remote NSW communities, and provides a central information resource for rural medical support initiatives in NSW. We currently require the services of an Office Administrator / Accounts to fill a Maternity leave vacancy in our accounts department. The role is responsible for carry out the day to day accounting functions and for providing assistance to the Senior Accounts Officer. To be successful in this role you will require: • Tertiary qualifications in Accounting / Business Administration or equivalent. • Demonstrated experience in processing accounts and payroll. • An ability to perform a range of routine administration functions. • Demonstrated computer literacy skills, including the ability to use spreadsheets, databases and word processing applications. • Demonstrated literacy, numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail. • High level communication skills and a proven commitment to customer service. • Able to operate effectively in a team, contributing positively to team operations and working relationships. It would also be desirable for the successful applicant to have: • Previous experience working with MYOB software. • Previous experience working for a not for profit organisation.
