Office Administrator Green Marble Recruitment Consultants - Modderfontein, Gauteng Contract My client specialist in filtration and separation solutions is urgently looking for an Office Administrator who can assist them with all reception and general office administrative duties. Minimum requirements: Matric 2-4 Years Office administration experience Great debtor and creditor knowledge Must be able to handle a high pressurised working environment Must be a good organiser Candidate will be responsible for: Answering the switchboard when receptionist is not at her desk. Receiving/sending, copying and distribution of faxes and e-mails. Photocopying. Filing of incoming and outgoing faxes. General typing for all departments. Updating and distribution of Telephone Lists including Emergency Telephone numbers. Assist with the organising of guest refreshments. Assisting with all corporate travel arrangements including visas, medicals, car hire and air tickets. Assisting with general insurance arrangements. Keep records of problems in Telephone Log Book and arrange repairs. Control Stationary store and ordering of stock . Keeping record of and collecting all Leave Forms Produce/control document transmittal notes and document control register as requested by the contracts engineers for all documentation issued to suppliers and customers. Expedite supplier data books/QC dossiers, operating and maintenance manuals as detailed in the purchase orders. Prepare equipment operating, maintenance and installation manuals in electronic and hard copy versions in conjunction with the contracts engineer for issue to the customers. Assist the buyer with producing purchase orders and delivery notes. Assist bookkeeper with compiling the monthly invoice for capturing and approval of invoices. Assist logistics co-ordinator with producing commercial invoices, packing lists and maintaining of the order register, commercial invoice register, invoice file and order file. Ensure all Files are indexed and in good condition. Maintain the technical library.
