Office & Communications Assistant (80-100%) HAL Allergy is currently looking for an Office & Communications Assistant who provides effective back office support to the HAL Allergy organization. The Office & Communications Assistant may also assist his/her supervisor, the Manager Corporate Communications & Office Support, in communication activities and projects for the HAL Allergy Group. Responsibilities Provide a full range of business and administrative support. Take care of reception and switchboard, as well as mail handling (2-3 days per week) Coordinate and organize facility- and office request, including required reservations and purchases in cooperation with departments. Make travel arrangements by using the applicable technical platform. Support in corporate communications projects and initiatives. Maintain the HQ communication channels, such as intranet and digital newsletter. Profiel Qualifications MBO+ level Experience in a similar position in an international environment Skills Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English, both verbal and written. German is a plus. Good knowledge of computers and various software packages, including different Content and Document Management Systems. Knowledge and understanding of working with various communication channels Knowledge and understanding of travel management. Personal Qualities Proactive and flexible. Accurate. Work independently. Service minded. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Outstanding organizational skills.
