We are looking for a high-functioning, reliable and self-motivated individual to fulfill the role of Office Coordinator/Administrative Assistant. This individual will be responsible for reception duties, administrative support, and office coordination in our head office. Responsibilities include: coordinating and managing office maintenance and technical contracts, ordering and monitoring office supplies and stationery, facilitate the setup requirements for phones, computers and other office equipment, troubleshooting of phone and security systems, managing all accounts and acquisitions of office equipment and supplies and evaluating and implementing administrative standards and improvements. Other duties include assisting the President and HR Manager with administrative duties, updating and maintaining spreadsheets and tracking systems, reconciliation of all necessary accounts, maintaining filing and record systems and faxing and scanning documents. The successful candidate must understand and ensure confidentiality of files and follow company procedures on retention and destruction of office records. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Completion of diploma in office administration or project management program plus a minimum of three (3) year of work experience in administrative management or an equivalent combination of education and experience Sound knowledge and experience with business and administrative management practices and procedures in maintain filing systems and databases Meticulous records maintenance skills High-level computer skills and knowledge of office hardware and software setup and support Strong competency in using Microsoft Office applications and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems Have good time and project management skills and ability to multitask Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Must be dependable and trustworthy Must exercise good customer service skills to both internal and external employees or clients Self motivated, focused, goal and detail oriented Able to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently Strong personal integrity and work ethic Interested candidates are required to submit an online application form found on our website tritontransport/careers/current-openings/ and attach a cover letter and resume.
