Office Manager is urgently needed for a big FMCG company located in Egypt: Responsibilities: • Conducts written communications as directed by the General Manager, through typing and word- processing various documents, composing correspondence, writing reports, creating financial and statistical tools and reports using spreadsheets sheets and developing Power Point presentations, to ensure that the General Manager written communications / documents are produced as per the professional standards. • Interacts Proactively with the General Managers internal and external customers, by meeting and greeting clients and visitors, answering telephone and handle in appropriate manner, and coordinating various office support services including purchasing and facilities management, to positively reflect the company’s image. • • Assists the General Manager in his business meetings by set up and coordinate meetings and conferences, and creating, transcribing and distributing meetings agenda and minutes, to ensure that General Manager’s business meetings are carried out in an effective manner. • Facilitates the General Manager’s travel arrangements, by maintaining the General Manager travelling calendar, conducting both travel and accommodation arrangements as per his calendar, and developing his travel itinerary, to ensure proper and timely travel arrangements provided to the General Manager. • • Sets up Data Base System within the General Manager Office, by maintaining hard copy and electronic filing system, to ensure that data are properly maintained. • Coordinates project-based work by conducting the relevant research, contacts, data analysis, and statistics and producing relevant reports, to ensure that projects assigned by the General Manager are carried out in professional manner. • Communicates and Provides information by relevant methods internally and externally to assist and enable organizational operations and effective service to connecting groups. • Conducts other duties as assigned by General Manager, by acting professionally and within the standards and time limits assigned by the General Manager, to ensure the meeting the presumed professional standards in such assignments. • Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to health and safety and, and quality management. • Adhere to procedures relating to confidentiality as well as the proper use of and care of equipment and materials for which the role has responsibility. • Pursue Personal development of skills and knowledge for the effective performance of role. Requirements: • University Degree in Business Administration... • At least 4 years of experience in similar position, with in the FMCG industry. • English Level 3, Equivalent to “ Basic Working Proficiency “ in TOEIC Test • Extensive knowledge of software applications, such as word processing, power point, Excel, spreadsheets, and database management. • Excellent Knowledge of new office technologies, such as information storage systems, scanners, the Internet, or new updated software packages. • Project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well outside clients and vendor. • Kindly send your CV to: info@multi-skills, please write OFFICE manager in the subject line of your e-mail. 50s ago
