A very busy Internet based company in Santa Monica that runs several web based companies seeks an extraordinarily dynamic Office Manager/Operations/Assistant for their fast growing company. In this role you must be able to work alongside the CEO/Chairman as needed and his EA and with the CFO of the co, among other staff as well. This is a VERY fast paced environment so must be able to get the job done well and efficiently. This role calls for someone who is always calm, on point and above all, discreet and loyal. MUST have: good accounting skills, know QuickBooks, can reconcile, knows basic HR such as keeping forms up to date. Ideal person will also know their way around online, knows MS office suite EXTREMELY well, and fits in well with the team environment. As always we seek someone with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
