Office of the Dean American Institute of Human Rights We are ramping up capacity to deal with the entire range of Human Rights violations [ Right to Political Speech and Assembly, ] by the over-militarized police forces [All over the Nation.] What we need and will be asking for is EVIDENCE and VICTIMS who were harmed so that we can go on the OFFENSIVE in State, Federal, and the INTERNATIONAL COURTS. In fact, the case that we were going to file for Ferguson, Missouri we have delayed because of all the information of police killings, excessive force, and degrading treatment that has been reported to us about the police Departments in CHICAGO, NEW YORK, and other part of the country. However, our affiliate law group BLACK LAWYERS FOR JUSTICE have filed a 40 million dollar action in Federal District Court. What we were intending to do for Ferguson, Missouri has expanded into a NATIONAL and INTERNATIONAL ACTION against the United States and all of its Policing agencies. We will make a formal announcement soon.
