Officer assaults shackled man throwing him into a wall. 1.3 years later his punishment is a light 30 day suspension. Reverse the situation. Handcuff a police officer, assault him, throw him into a wall for no reason, drag him through a door and who knows what happened after they were out of the camera view. You would have either been shot, tasered, maced and been looking at a stack of Felonys landing you in jail for the next 20 years to life. This courtroom video clearly shows how badges grant extra rights and no matter how much harm a police officer can do to you, under todays standards they are rarely held accountable.
