Officer-involved shooting: Ceres officers were dispatched to Neel Park at 9:15 this morning for a man that was screaming and swinging a golf club. Shots were fired during his encounter with police and a nearby school was locked down until the man was taken into custody. Fortunately, no one was injured during the incident. More details will be released by PIO Sgt. Berber (209-538-5719) as they become available.
