Officials with the City of Florence extend our heartfelt condolences to the family and friends of retired Kentucky Supreme Court Justice Wil Schroder, who passed away over the weekend. Justice Schroder represented northern Kentucky for three decades as District Court Judge, Court of Appeals Judge, and finally, Supreme Court Justice. He touched many Kentuckians lives as a dedicated public servant and as a justice with a keen intellect who had a powerful understanding of how the law would impact the people of the Commonwealth.
