Often, we notice that there are different accounts given for the same business place. Sometimes a person recounts an excellent experience and days, weeks, even months later we see another experience at the same place that is vastly opposite to what was seen before. This does not necessarily mean that someone is lying or is embellishing their experience one way or the other. What it means more often than not is that there is a lack of consistency in the operation procedures and even training at the establishment.
