Oh, Dear God. My sister forced me into a new lose weight plan again. Ive tried everything before like NutriSystem, the Zone Diet and even medication prescribed by a physician. I dont want to waste my time on another diet again. But my sister chose not to heed my advice I will be extremely grateful that she did not. So I began this weight loss program reallyskeptical.
