Oh, Dear God. My sister forced me into a new lose weight program again. I have tried everything before like NutriSystem, Jenny Craig and even medication prescribed by a physician. I am hate joining another program again. But my sister chose not to heed my advice I will be extremely grateful that she did not. So I started this weight loss program reallydoubtful.
