Oh, Dear God. My sister forced me into a new lose weight program again. I have tried everything before like NutriSystem, the Zone Diet and even medication prescribed by a physician. I am sick of joining another diet again. But my sister chose not to take my advice I will be eternally grateful that she did not. So I began this weight loss program reallydoubtful.
