Oh FFS< what is it with Surrey Highways department. Half an hour on the phone to an idiot who cannot write down a simple road name and has no idea what happened to the report we made THREE MONTHS AGO of a road so badly potholed that it shakes the steering wheel out of your hands. Should it really take a quarter of a year to send out one road crew to resurface a quarter mile stretch of country lane? Honest to goodness, I just GIVE UP!
