Oh Holy Grail! You will never guess what I have found to buy in a local market today.. It has been quite a while (few months till today) of me thinking, and even dreaming a bit, about having my hands on this old book for some philosophical and historical studies whilst being sure of some authenticity, not just taking something from the internet. So, I was walking along, glancing through all kinds of things... And, hey! A huge, really really Huge and old book lays on a chair with no cover and blank page looking into the sky. đł Curiously, I come closer to have a look, open the first few pages and I am in shock after seeing a name! Here it is, in full glory and really good order for the 140 years old book with about 1600 tremendous size pages, I think for myself in great surprise... đ TBH, I was hoping to find at least of some mid 1900s and be happy, but this is much better and really unexpected. Apart from all that, it also comes with commentary and explanations by the author all throughout the book. And you know whats the name of the book? The Holy Bible containing Old and New Testaments, photos of paintings, some historical maps of Egypt and Palestine/Israel areas, summary, indexes and what not! Today I just glanced through the pages and read a bit of historical summary, but its really interesting stuff, stuff to study for years to come from a real, authentic book which weighs a ton. ^_^ I havent ever seen a bigger book in my life, in reality I mean. Will bind it properly with new covers and keep it in some kind of a bag when not in use to preserve this Holy book. Consider myself being lucky sometimes ^_^ đđž
