Oh Howdy friends! (And sorry for posting this everyday! eeeek.) I am still on the search for one more roommate to share my awe!some home in West Asheville beginning mid-August. (Open to before that time, too.) If I can find one more someone, there will be 3 of us and rent will be a FANTASTIC deal. It will be $358.00/month and after house utilities (water, gas, electric, Internet), with 3 people splitting them, shouldnt be too much more. Say...maybe $450 give or take a few bucks. MUST MENTION - there will be a security deposit of $400 upon move in. THIS IS A GREAT DEAL FOR THIS PART OF TOWN CONSIDERING HOW WONDERFUL THIS HOUSE IS. It is so great, I used all caps. !!!! -3 bedrooms/1 bath -Central a/c -Gas heat (uber cheap, great in winter) -w/d -Wonderful large kitchen with a gas range and a dishwasher! (ooooooh, awwwwwwe) -Huge backyard with a nifty fire pit we built WITH OUR OWN HANDS! and plenty of room for frolicking, if thats your thing. -Would prefer someone who is willing to sign a year lease, but this *might* be negotiable. -I do have 3 kitty cats. They tend to stay outside a lot, but when it gets cold theyll be in more. They are pretty awesome though. And furry. -New roommate has a dog, so I would prefer someone with no animals. No more cats for sure! Me? Im sweet as a sugar plum, fun as a barrel of monkeys, smart as a whip, sly as a fox, and extremely modest. (hahahehe).
