Oh, I almost let the opportunity slip past me to STAND and TESTIFY to Gods greatness, His mercy and Power!... Last night as we traveled home from Paris, following a semi through Talco....I had just contemplated passing him as soon as it became a double lane. Immediately entering town, He slammed onto his brakes, swerved into the northbound lane. Fortunately I was able to brake instantly...only to realize that there was a small minivan type car essentially stopped in the middle of our lane with their LIGHTS OFF!!!....God in His mercy, our Guardian angels....allowed the truck to swerve, without jackknife, me to stop in time and the cars behind me to be able to brake and stop as well. NO ONE was hit nor injured. The truck had to pull aside to reassess his load, and probably to check his britches!...Bless his heart. I have many family members and loved ones who are/have been truckers. PLEASE< PLEASE give them space, give them the courtesy they deserve...your life could depend on them one day!
