Oh I am sooooo glad I am not working for Apria any longer.....All day trying to get my W-2 to find out I am not getting it yet. This is wear I had to go with the conversation....Really???? So because we are now blaming the post office (because we are in a world of blame now for incompetence as our leaders have shown this is okay), I am going to say this statement. I am so glad that this is the last time I have to deal with incompetence. The W-2 was never mailed out. My portal was chosen for online only. Now I have been blocked from the portal to view and print my required document to comply with the regulations that have been imposed on me by our government. Now that the incompetence cannot admit an error due to systematic processes, I have to wait until after the 3rd week in February to see how much I will owe to my government this year. I am so glad with my business, that I certainly treat my customers with love and respect so they can walk away with a smile and would never impose lying or excuses on them because I cannot meet their expectations, because I make sure their expectations are met. That is integrity. Thanks for imposing on me that lack of integrity Apria holds. LaDawn
