Oh Lord! Im blowing up like a balloon in the Macys Thanksgiving Day Parade . . . I went to Sams with April today to purchase some meat and they had some Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix. Bought a box because April said they were wonderful (YES, I KNOW they contain gluten). They smelled so delightfully wonderful I thought well, its been so long since Ive eaten any gluten, one biscuit isnt going to bother me and I had one along with the best pork roast Ive ever made or eaten, and potatoes cooked in the juice with the meat (and they absorbed it all) and were some of the best potatoes ever. Hubby was really happy with dinner. BUT, I was wrong . . . I cannot have any gluten -- Im seriously blowing up like a Macys balloon and can barely move! It just aint fair Lord! Im praying that I do not hurt all day tomorrow over one biscuit . . . are you listening, Lord -- please forgive this trespass????? I need the Lords and your help -- I need some prayers please and thank you!
