Oh Lordy... Exporting our a-holes - should be Establishment Politicians. You realize that pork and beef parts like this trade for a premium, dont you? And as a producer of protein in the form of beef we (the producers) have NEVER received a penny of this prime $$$ or other prime offal products that go for export. When packers say they get squeezed they never include the untold $$$ story of the extra value per animal that they reap. ~FYI
