Sincerely, So I sent this: Hello, I am extremely disappointed by the outcome of this request since I clearly sent it off a week before the four week deadline. Are the requests not time stamped? Its an online process so the requests should be received immediately after theyre sent. The fact that it took over a week to consider my request as having been received is remarkably inconsiderate and I feel that your website should note that although there is a four week minimum, you should send the request in at least six weeks beforehand in order to ensure the four week deadline is hit.
