Oh Mediacom...how I loathe you. Waiting for the person to come out and check my internet, I was being constructive and making the cable outlets easily accessible. During that time, they called. I missed the call and my appointment was cancelled. Its an f---ing appointment. I confirmed it ahead. Be there. I wish there was another internet provider that was decent. Id cancel Mediacom without thinking twice.
