Oh Microsoft! How do I hate thee! Let me count the ways! My computer crashed. And Apple reformatted my hard drive. So I lost everything. I have Office for Mac on my laptop that I downloaded. Of course now I have to reinstall that. Microsoft has no record that I ever purchased this from them. And even if I did, they would require me to buy it again since I didnt buy the extended download warranty. So I have to Staples I go to purchase a disk copy of Office for Mac student and teacher edition so that if this ever happens again I just pop in the disk and Bobs your uncle... Im done. Nope! Microsoft doesnt sell office on disk anymore! They just sell you a little card with the product key on it for whatever product you want, that you download when you get home. Grumble grumble grumble.
