Oh, My God. My sister forced me into a new weight lose plan again. Ive tried many program before like NutriSystem, the Zone Diet and even medication prescribed by a physician. I dont want to waste my time on another program again. But my sister chose not to obey my advice I will be eternally grateful that she did not. So I started this weight loss program reallydoubtful.
