Oh, My God. My sister forced me into another lose weight plan again. I have tried many program before like NutriSystem, Jenny Craig and even medication prescribed by a physician. I am sick of joining another diet again. But my sister chose not to obey my advice I will be eternally grateful that she did not. So I started this weight loss program reallyskeptical.
