Oh My Goodness. I dont normally do this but enough is enough. My son and his partner have been renting through Ray White Real Estate in Narrabri for the last couple of years. When they took the house they had no other choice at the time, even though they were advised against going through them. Just recently they moved and now the woman there is taking them through hell. It stated in their lease that if they wished to be there at final inspection then they could. I also went as Sharna does not drive. Within 2 minutes of her arriving (LATE), I felt like punching her lights out as she was just sooooo rude. She told us to get off the premises so she could take photos and had Sharna in tears. I rang Matthew and he came. She was taking photos and even took one of a feather on the ground saying it has to be picked up. Now, there were a few things that had to be done and Matthew and Sharna went back that afternoon and fixed them. When she done another inspection a few days later, there is now a dead pup in the middle of the back yard and dog poo over the front yard, that is unfenced. She says that they are responsible for that. BULLSWOOL they are. The dogs from next door continually dig holes to get under the fence and apparently that is Matt Cahill and Sharna Cahill fault as well. As I say, I dont normally do this but enough is enough. I call for a boycott on this real estate. The woman there, whom I am not naming but people will know who she is, is mean, rude, arrogant and pompous and needs to learn some people skills.
