Oh Snap! Ive been home from my mission in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil for a year as of today! Words cant describe what those two years did for me as a person and has helped me tremendously in becoming the person I aspire to be. Im glad I was able to be of service to my savior Jesus Christ and his important work. I am grateful for His plan he has created for us and all the other promised blessing he has in store for us as we live his gospel. I know that as we strive to follow in His footsteps and live his teachings, we will be happier, safer, more successful, and more peaceful. I also know that it doesnt matter what youve done in the past, the Atonement of Jesus Christ can remove that pain, guilt, and heartache. The Gospel changes people lives for the better independent of your circumstances. Ive seen it in my life and in the lives of those I was able to help in Rio de Janeiro. I love my Savior Jesus Christ. I know that The Book of Mormon is true, that Joseph Smith was a prophet and restored Christs church on the Earth so that we could all enjoy these blessings. I know that I can be with my sweet wife and our family after this life. I love this gospel! Peace!
