Oh Sweetie, today Momma went to a cheer competition and watched your friends (the little NYC girls) for the first time. Through teary eyes I saw several of your friends who are now one year older. Im pretty sure you would have been on the team that got new uniforms this year! They were so cool, you would love them. I just sat there imagining you blowing the crowd away with your tumbling...Ill bet you would have had your back tuck by now. Remember? You were sooooo close, Desirae Freeman said you would have it in no time. Then you had to leave. Im sure its way easier to tumble in Heaven, but we miss you down here. You would have been proud of Tyrone McLean today, he threw his full during his performance. It was very cool. Your NYC uniforms are displayed in your room because I know how much they meant to you. Ill never forget your smiling face or how proud you made me when you wore those uniforms. I love you Evie, you will always be my favorite NYC cheerleader (well, favorite girl cheerleader anyway) 😉 Love forever and always, Momma
