Oh and I got a Christmas present yesterday, besides the check from Publix I didnt know I was getting. I take B12 shots because mine keeps dropping so low. They are expensive at the Dr, so I was given a prescription for the needles and vials of it to administer it myself. My pharmacy has been out for months and I was told yesterday, they may no longer carry it again :( I started using a liquid B-12 from 1st step pro-wellness. B-12 pills do nothing for me, but this stuff is AWESOME! I keep my energy all day. Because of fluctuating work schedule, I have trouble winding down so I use Liquid melatonin, a natural sleep aid, from the same company. Publix carries them for 6.99 and 5.99. Until July 18, publix coupon book, (located in our lobby) has a coupon for 3.00 off one product. I got two coupons, so I only paid 3.99 and 2.99! I will be doing that again today to stock up during sale. Hopefully, we have more in stock today. Oh and the b-12 is absorbed much easier than tablet form, it is stimulant free, no caffeine.
