Oh, and everyone else? Many of you are hitting the keys a liiiiiittle too hard already. We have five months before 2015 actually sets in; that should be plenty of time for every organization and individual to figure out what the new deal looks like and what their place is in it. Stay calm, act rationally, and remember to enter into agreements that are fair - not just for your own sake, but for the sake of everyone else in your role or similar roles.
