Oh, another great one is gone. Jack Bruce, the Scottish power - TopicsExpress

Oh, another great one is gone. Jack Bruce, the Scottish power bassist, lead singer and songwriter for 60s psychedelic blues-rock group Cream passed away today at age 71. Jack was one of my very favorite artists, and Cream (1966 - 1968) was one of a handful of bands that had the biggest impact on my music world when I was a sprouting rock fan. I own every recording they made. Heres a great clip of Jack and his Cream-mates Eric Clapton and Ginger Baker at a reunion show at the Royal Albert Hall in 2005, performing the moving song Deserted Cities of the Heart. It was on the way, on the road to dreams… (Jack wrote the song with poet Pete Brown.) RIP, beautiful, talented Jack Bruce. Ill be listening to your music all day. https://youtube/watch?v=fBXB-gPSYUg
