Oh boy Oh boy ! I had a few attacks this past month like never before. I lost my breathing almost and almost past out about 3xs and lost my breath once and woke up this morning feeling like I was going to have a breathing attack but I did not have one. I put a little salt under tongue, I ate a couple bananas went back to doctors when they opened and saw my doctor as a walk in whom I saw on Wednesday. I asked her for an inhaler but she said I Do Not Have Asthma and inhalers are for Asthma. She told me to eat when I take my 2 metformin diabetes meds in the morning and at night time. I was not eating in the mornings until noon. bad. She told me to stay away from the grass and weeds no mowing at all until the pollen season is over. Many are going in with the same allergy. These attacks that I had which I almost fainted and turned pale white and I was gasping for air trying to keep calm. The brown bag didnt work. If I overwork myself I get dizzy and weak and cant breathe. They told me Im having allergic reactions to the pollen its in the grass and weeds too. I was tested for heart on a machine and is good. I didnt know allergic reactions could get that bad. wow. I thank the good Lord that all my organs are functioning well. Doc told me to eat when I take meds and to stay out of the pollen until the season is over and I will be okay.
