Oh brew gods... What have I done to anger you so, as you would allow your humble brewer leave a valve open and loose five gallons of a 7.2% oatmeal stout, aged 5 weeks on bourbon soaked oak chips, to which I had just added 4 vanilla beans... Like Icarus, did I fly to close to the sun? Take this beer as sacrifice to you and bless my brews for the coming year. Your loyal and humble brewer... Cheers .... sniff
