Oh dear, I have just found out that MI5 closed down my Niue Imagery on Niue Coins petition because I stupidly named the Queen of England as a petitionee. Dont get me wrong here, I am vehemently a Monarchist and I really wanted to draw to Queen Elizabeths attention that she was being exploited and denigrated by putting her head on the other side of the coin that has Mickey Mouse on the other side. I will delete the current post here and start another petition leaving the Queen out of the preamble. I am sorry for those many people who have supported, signed and intelligently commented before MI5 pulled the plug. But, just like the missionaries in the 19th century, I will send my hand written petition to Our Queen, not this time for military protection, but this time for protection from the Global Corporate manipulation that threatens to undermine a beautiful, unique and dynamic culture . Isnt there any Dignity left in the world?
