Oh dear oh dear. If you check Naveeds FB page, he now describes himself as a Public Figure. Well thats cool Naveed so lets just help your career along with a few irrefutable truths eh ? Lets not consider how much money you collected via Paypal and into personal accounts just yet but lets do some simple arithmetic As at SEPTEMBER 8th, sufficient funds were in place to the High Courts satisfaction for Ashyas treatment and transport to Prague. No argument there Naveed, unless the learned judge was mistaken of course. Where that funding was coming from is immaterial really because as we know the NHS subsequently pledged to cover the costs. It is believed ( feel free to correct me ) that all 9 members of your family ended up in Prague. So we have the issue of reasonable expenses. As we know, Mr and Mrs King at least traveled with Ashya on the medically equipped aircraft. If the remaining 6 of you flew to Prague with Iberian Airlines to Prague and ignoring any child discounts, the average ticket price is £150 but lets round it up to a total of £1000 .... those inflight sandwiches can be hideously expensive cant they? Fortunately and as you know, Prague really isnt an expensive place to be with 3 star hotels costing as little as £20 per night for a double room but lets round it up to £25 as I know you like your home comforts. So, a brood of 8 occupying 4 double rooms comes in at £100 a pop. There are some very nice and expensive restaurants in Prague but its also an excellent place to eat cheaply and well. so a food budget of £120 per day for the family is really quite generous. A good pub lunch costs around 3 quid and even a large sausage on Wenceslas square is only around £1.50, an excellent deal if youre into large sausages. So lets draw breath and add that little lot up shall we ? You were in Praque for six weeks or 40 days ish. Flights for 6 people Malaga to Prague. £1000 Hotels 4 x 25 x 40 £ 4000 Subsistence 120 x 40 £ 4800 Add in £200 for incidentals such as the Financial Times and we have a total cost of the trip of £10,000. Agreed? Good.,... now we look at the money youve taken in. CANCER UK £30,000 Daily Mail £60,000 Paypal £?????? Personal bank accounts £?????? So you see, even without the donations you refuse to account for, youre ahead of the game by a cool 80 grand and yet your paypal account is still open for the gullible to continue to pay for Ashyas treatment that was covered as early as September 8th. Now do you think that its in any way surprising that so many of us have the odour of a particular rodent in our nostrils ?
